You must also not skip breakfast, even if you are very busy. Breakfast is actually the most important meal of your day and such is quite important. This will fuel the body and keeps you going for the rest of the day. When you are going to skip breakfast, then you are going to feel hungrier at the end of the day, and you would end up eating more. You may gain weight if you are going to skip breakfast.
